摘要
本文通过ＴＥＭ、ＥＰＭＡ和Ｘ射线衍射等方法对不同磁控溅射涂层的组织、结构和成分进行了分析。采用高温静态氧化方法对基材合金和各种涂层的抗氧化性能进行了研究。
Morphology,microstructure and chemical composition of the sputtered MCrA1X coatings were studied by means of SEM. EPMA and X-ray diffraction etc.The static oxidation test was used to study the oxidation resistance of the sputtered coatings and the substrate alloy.
