摘要
采用薄层层析方法,实验表明在0.3~0.7μg范围内咖啡因斑点面积的平方根与含量的对数值呈线性关系,可应用于食品、饮料中咖啡因的检测及定量分析。此法取样量微、结果直观、重现性好。最低检测量为2×10-9g/mL。
Thin-layer chromatography method is used.Results of experiments show that within the limits of 0.3 ̄0.7μg,the square root for the area of coffeine speckle and logarithm value are of a relation of linear equation.This method can be applied in the detection and quantitative analysis of coffeine in foods and beverages,with the advantages of small sampling,rapidity,easy operation,directness of result and good reappearance.The minimu detection limit of coffeine is2×10-9g/mL
