摘要
对６０例输卵管阻塞性不孕症分２组作疗效比较。西医组３０例用抗菌素、激素和酶等行宫腔输卵管灌注；中西医结合组３０例同时加服自拟＂通阻汤＂加减。以治疗后１年内受孕与否及输卵管通畅情况判定疗效。结果：２组间有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），中西医结合的疗效优于单一的西医疗效。
cases of oviduct obstructive sterility were divided into two groups and the effect was compared.In 30 cases of Western Medicine(G1),the antibiotics,hormone and enzyme were used to be perfused into the uterine cavity and oviduct.In 30 cases of Integrated TCM and WM(G2),besides of the therapy of G1,the self-prescribed Tongzu Tang(Decoction for Removing Obstruction) was used as combination.The effect was judged by the situation of conception or oviduct unobstruction in one year.The result showed that the effect of G2 was obviously better than that of G1.
