摘要
应用中西医结合疗法治疗踝关节骨折１１０例，治疗优良者８１例占７３．６％。经对本组病例疗效观察认为：在踝关节损伤的处理中，外踝骨折的解剖复位和牢固定位是治疗的关键；不稳定型腓骨中下段骨折的畸形愈合将影响踝关节功能的恢复，对其骨折应同样正确复位与固定；局部外敷散瘀止痛药膏利于患部早期消肿去痛，促进骨折端的愈合。
cases of ankle joint fracture were treated with integrated TCM-WM therapy.The effect in 81 cases was good(73.6%).The result showed that,in the treatment of ankle joint injury,the anatomical reduction and proper fixation of external malleolus fracture is very important.For the unstable fracture of middle and lower end of fibula,teratological union will affect the functional recovery of ankle joint. So the proper reduction and fixation should applied.The application of ointment of removing blood stasis and relieving pain is good for detumescence and analgesia in local part and for promoting the union of fracture.
