摘要
对周毛德克斯氏菌胞外多糖提取、纯化方法的研究表明该多糖最佳培养时间为30±2h,粘度为6.77-9.27Pa·s,离心可除去菌体,添加质量分数为1×10-2的NaCl可减少沉淀多糖所需的乙醇用量3/5.经高效液相色谱法对该胞外多糖组分分析,结果表明其由鼠李糖、木糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖、阿拉伯糖、果糖和两种未知成分组成.
The studies on the method of extraction and purification of the extracellular polysaccharide from Derxia peritricha revealed that the optimum cultural duration is 30±2 hours for producing the polysaccharide. The biomass can be removed by means of centrifugation in the condition of the viscosity between 6.77-9.27 Pa·s. The amount of alcohol used for purification can be decreased 3/5 with adding 1×10-2 NaCl. The result of component analysis by the method of HPLC demonstrated that this extracellular polysaccharide contains rhamnose, xylose, glucose, mannose, arabinose, fructose and two other unidentified monosaccharides.
