摘要
阐述了福建省稻飞虱预测与防治专家系统的结构和功能，说明了专家系统的程序设计思想和程序框图，详细分析了系统中的规则知识库和事实知识库．在收集稻飞虱资料、文献基础上，结合专家经验和福建稻飞虱发生规律，研制了早稻和晚稻稻飞虱长期、中期、短期测报和防治系统模块．在ＴＵＲＢＯＰＲＯＬＯＧ２．０软件支持下，系统具有推理判断、预测和咨询服务等功能．
The structure and the function of the expert system for prediction and control of rice planthop per in Fujian Province were expounded.The design ideas and the.block diagnm for the program of the expert system were explained.The rule knowledge base and the fact dnowledge base in the system were analysed minutely.Based on gathering the data and the literature,the function bloces of lonng-term forecast,mid-term forecast,short-term forceast and control system for rice planthopper in early and late rice were manufactured according to the expert experience and the occurrence of the pest in Fujian Province.The expert system is possessed of the functions of inorence,prediction and consulting service with the help of software TURBO PROLOG 2.0.
