摘要
对甘蔗9个亲本品种及其选配的20个杂交组合抗锈病的配合力分析表明,甘蔗对锈病的抗性遗传主要是由基因的加性效应所控制,母本对后代抗性的影响较大.发现抗锈gca效应高的亲本为CP72-1210、新台糖1号、川57-416、崖84-153和CP57-614,可作为抗源亲本利用.根据配合力总效应评价组合,认为CP72-1210×川57-416、新台糖1号×崖84-153、CP72-1210×崖73-512、C57-614×川57-416和CP72-1210×崖71-374是抗锈病强的亲本组合,可以用于甘蔗的抗锈育种.
The combining ability for rust resistance was analysed on nine sugarcane parental varieties and their 20 crosses.The results indicated that the inheritance of resistance to rust in sugarcane was mainly controlled by additive gene effect. The influence of maternal parents on their progenies was more important than that of paternal for the rust resistance. CP 72-1210, "ROC1" ,Chuan 57-416, Ya 84-153 and CP 57-614were found to be the best general combiners for rust resistance and could be used as parental source of resistance to rust. Parental combinations were evaluated on their total effect of combining ability, CP 72-1210×Chuan 57-416, "ROC1"×Ya 84-153, CP 72-1210×Ya 73-512, CP 57-614×Chuan 57-416 and CP 72-1210× Ya 71-374 were considered to be the most resistant crosses and could be used in sugarcane breeding program for rust resistance.
