圆筒型管式加热炉的试验及纯辐射传热模型的考核 被引量:1

摘要 本文对一圆筒型原油常压加热炉的性能进行了较为全面的标定,得到了一套可资比较的数据,包括管内的物料性质、流量、燃料量、过剩空气系数等操作数据,以及炉内烟气温度分布等,为理论研究提供了可以比较的基础。另外,本文还考虑到在低环流强度下,对流传热量所占比例较小,故采用纯辐射Monte-Carlo 传热模型对该炉进行了计算,计算结果与标定值基本吻合. The performance of a cylindrical furnance for atmosperic distillation of crude oil was thorougly tested.A set of data including properties and flow rates of materials in pipes,fuel consumption,excess air coefficient,temperature distri- bution of flus gas in radiation chamber as well as other parameters was ob- tained and was used as the base of comparison with theoretical studies.Consid- ering the fact that the convection heat is small under low circulation rate in the combustion chamber,the pure radiation heat transfer model was used for the calculation.The calculated results are in good agreement with the measured data.
