摘要
本文报道了用半经验公式法对φ43.8mm×5mm平面型HpGe谱仪在低能γ和x射线14—63keV能区对环境样品的全能峰效率刻度方法和结果。用制备的煤、矸石、土壤和煤灰等介质中的 ̄(214)Am、U-Ra平衡源进行了验证,在士5.5%以内和参考值相符合。本文还报道了一种简单的该谱仪对环境样品中 ̄(210)pb的刻度和测量方法,测量了矸石样品中的 ̄(210)pb和 ̄(238)U的含量,其结果和半经验公式法的测量结果在士7.5%以内符合。
A semi-empirical formula was adopted to calibrate an φ43.8×5mm planar HPGelow energy γ and X ray spectrometer for the full energy peak efficiency of environmentalsamples in the energy range between about l4 and 63 keV. The procedure of calibration wasdescribed,and the results of calibration were compared with those obtained through a set ofvolume reference sources of  ̄(241)Am and U- Ra(in equilibrium),which were made of mediums of coal,gangue,soil and coal ash.It was found that results from semi- empirical formula andreference sources were consistent within士5.5%. Another sirnple technique for calibrationand measurement of  ̄(210)pb in environmental samples were also discribed.The measurementresults obtained with the spectrometer calibrated using semi- ernpirical formula and simpletechnique for Calibration and measurement of  ̄(210)pb were agreernent within ±7.5%for  ̄(210)pband  ̄(238)U in gangue samples.
