摘要
研究了环磷酰胺的示波极谱法。环磷酰胺经亚硝化反应后,其产物在0.1mol/LHCl介质中于-0.490V附近出现一清晰的阴极还原波。在1.0×10(-6)~1.0×10(-4)mol/L范围内,浓度与波高有良好的线性关系,检测下限可达5×10(-8)mol/L。用于针剂,注剂和尿液中环磷酰胺的测定均获满意的结果。
Cyclophosphamide(CPA)is one of the most effective drugs against tumors.The article,a rapid and simple method for the oscillopolargraphic measurements of CPA is described in detail. It is based on the reaction of CPA with nitrous acid. The nitrousoderivative of CPA in a medium of 0.1 mol/L HCl gives a single and sensitive cathodic wave, the pear potential is -0.49V(vs. SCE).A good linear relationship between the pear height and the concentration of CPA was observed over the range of 1×10 ̄(-4)~1×10(-6)mol/L.The detection limit is 5×10(-8)mol/L.The recovery is 100. 9± 1. 28%, and the interference of various inorganic ions and some organics on determination is not obvious.The method can be applied to the assay of tablets,injection and the detection of CPA in urine.
