摘要
本文介绍的劣质蜡油一段法缓和加氢裂化(MHC)催化剂在处理孤岛、胜利蜡油时具有较高的加氢精制性能、适中的裂化性能以及良好的稳定性。孤岛蜡油缓和加氢裂化后的孤岛尾油是优质的 FCC进料;胜利尾油是良好的乙烯裂解原料,乙烯收率高达26.53m%,三烯收率49.38m%。
This paper presents the preparation and application tests of a singlestage mild hydrocracking(MHC)catalyst for the upgrading of poor qualityGudao and Shengli VGOs.It has superior hydrorefining activity and appropri-ate hydrocracking activity as well as excellent stability.The 350℃^+ bottom ofMHC of Gudao VGO is a good FCC feedstock.The 350℃^+ bottom of MHC ofShengli VGO is an excellent feedstock for the production of ethylene bysteam pyrolysis with an ethylene yield as high as 26.53%(wt)and a totalyield of ethylene,propylene and butadiene as 49.38%(wt).
