摘要
本文从分析纯苎麻单纱浆纱的原理入手,阐述了聚乙烯醇和玉米淀粉浆料的利弊,着重介绍以DM818、DM828变性淀粉与聚乙烯醇混合浆液应用于纯苎麻单纱织物浆纱的全过程。通过实践说明:基于混合浆液的热粘度稳定性良好,符合纯苎麻单纱织物上浆工艺的要求和有利浆纱质量的提高。
This paper discussed the principle for pure ramie single yarn sizing detailing the advanteges and drawbacks of PVA/CORN starch sizing agent. It emphatically introduces the whole process of DM818, DM82S/PVA blended size for pure ramie single yarn fabric. Through practical production the blended size shows a satisfied effect in viscosity, thermoability, and especially suitablity for size mixing for the pure ramie single yarn fabric. It is benefited from improvement on sizing quality
