摘要
本文总结了石油三厂对冷壁加氢反应器内保温层管理的经验。采用局部损坏局部修补的方法,可有效地缩短施工期。为了减少内保温层纵向接缝,均采用一个环圈保温层的局部更换方法。
This paper summarizes the experiences of No.3 refinery on the manage-ment of internal insulation layer in cold-wall hydrogenation reactor.By repai-ring only the damaged part of the insulation layer,the time required for re-pairing can be drastically shortened.In order to reduce the longitudinal seamlength,a method of renewal of horizontal ring strip is adopted.
