摘要
LS-811催化剂是国内新研制的一种活性 Al_2O_3型硫磺回收催化剂。该催化剂生产原料易得,工艺简便,制备重复性较好,生产过程无三废污染。工业使用结果表明,LS-811催化剂的使用性能远优于铝矾土催化剂,在同一装置,相同工艺条件下,总硫转化率可提高10V%左右,尾气中硫化物含量降至1V%以下,推广使用后具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。
The recently developed LS-811 is an active Al_2O type catalyst for sulphurrecovery.Its raw material readily available,the process of production is sim-ple and its reproducibility is fairly good.There is no pollution problem dur-ing production.The results of commercial utilization showed that LS-811 cat-alyst is much superior to the bauxite type catalyst.For the same sulphurrecovery unit under the same operating conditions,the total sulphur convers-ion for this catalyst can be raised by 10V%,and the content of sulphur com-pounds in the tail gas can be reduced to less than 1V%.Thus,the extensiveutilization of LS-811 catalyst in sulphur recovery units will result in notableeconomical and environmental benefits.
