摘要
本文在考察延迟焦化加热炉炉管内结焦机理的基础上,分析了焦化炉内容易结焦的部位及其结焦的主要原因和影响因素。提供了焦化炉的设计要点和有关数据,并提出了在操作中为防止结焦宜采取的有关措施。
Based on an investigation of the mechanism of coke formation in furnacetubes of a delayed coking unit,locations in the furnace vulnerable to cokedeposition,are discussed.Some important points in furnace design and relevantdata are provided.Measures to prevent coke deposition during operation aresuggested.
