摘要
焦化装置中的焦炭塔在国内外各炼油厂的生产过程中,都发生程度不等的变形和环焊缝开裂,有的还十分严重。本文试对这种变形和开裂的规律及原因进行初步探讨;并对使用了20年的材料做了较全面的试验分析。确认材料的损伤并不严重。提出了相应的改进措施。本课题已通过中国石化总公司组织的鉴定。
The coking drums of delayed coking units in service in both domestic andforeign refineries are subject to deformation and fracture of circumferentialweld.These damages are rather serious in some cases.In this paper,the ten-dencies and reasons of deformation and fracture are primarily discussed.Thematerial of the drums which have been used in service for twenty years wasanalyzed exclusively comfirming that no heavy damage occurred.Measures forimprovement are proposed.
