本文介绍了以炼厂干气为原料生产合成氨用氢气和氮气的工艺流程、主要控制参数、能耗、成本以及生产过程存在问题的解决办法等.实际生产证明,该工艺路线是成熟的,技术是可行的.
The process of producing hydrogen and nitrogen from refinery gases for ammonia synthesis is briefly described. Its flow scheme, main controlling parameters, energy consumption, manufacturing cost and the existing problems as well as their solutions are presented. Commercial practice indicates that this process is mature and technically feasible.
