ZnSe/ZnS平板波导全光调制和电光调制特性 被引量:2

ALL OPTICAL MODULATION AND ELECTRO-OPTIC MODULATION CHARACTERISTICS IN ZnSe/ZnS PLANAR WAVEGUIDE

摘要 在室温,随着增加入射光强,我们首次在ZnSe/ZnS平板被导中观测到由于“带填充”效应而引起的全光调制和由于施加电场而引起的电光调制特性. At room temperature a large shift of the transmitted spectrum to higher energies is observed in ZnSe/ZnS planar waveguide with increasing incident light intensity. This blue shift results in all--optical modulation owing to the band-filling effect and electrooptic modulation owing to applied electric field in ZnSe/ZnS planar waveguide.
