低渗透亲水油层伤害机理及保护措施 被引量:7

MECHANISM OF THE DAMAGE OF LOW PERMEABILITY, WATER-WET RESERVOIR FORMATION AND ITS PREVENTION

摘要 低渗亲水油层孔径小,粘土含量高,水膜效应强,有效流动孔隙度低,研究油层伤害机理及保护措施非常重要。通过地球物理测井、试井、电子扫描、孔隙结构研究证实马岭油田侏罗系油层存在粘土膨胀迁移,加之泥浆等各种污染对油层损害严重,进入中含水期稳产难度大。在注入水中加入既可防粘土膨胀,又可杀菌的SQ-8药品,用氟硼酸对注水层进行深部酸化;在油井上大搞压裂酸化解堵、防垢防蜡、冲砂洗井等多种工艺改造疏通油层,可获很好效益。 Water-wet low permeability reservoir formation is characterized by smell pore radius, high clay content, strong water film effect, and low effective porosity. Thus it is very important to study the mechanism of formation damage and its prevention. According to an integrated study of data from well logging, well testing, SEM technique, and the porous structure of the Jurassic reservoir formation in Maling oilfield, it is confirmed that serious formation damage is resulted due to the effect of undesirable drill fluids employed and migration of fines in the reservoir formation. Thus stable production in the middle-high water-cut stage is very difficult. An application of a combination of various technologies, including the addition of a clay-swelling inhibitor and bactericide, SQ-8, acidizing by fluor-boric acid for deep penetration into the formation, in injection wells; and hydrofracturing and acidization, paraffin and scaling inhibition as well sand wash-out on production wells shows very promissing results.
