1978—1979年法国在沙朵赫那(Chateaurenard)油田,完成了一次单一反五点法井网的微乳液/聚合物驱矿场试验。试验区为砂岩油层,原油粘度为40毫帕·秒,地层水含盐量为400ppm,油层温度30%。试验结果表明,油井产量显著提高,CHU161井含油率由10%上升到60%,保持稳定两个月后开始缓慢下降。CHU162井产油率变化更大,上升到65%,并在50%左右稳定了七个月,含水最低降到35%。注微乳液后,试验区的采收率提高了45%,最终采收率达到70%左右。
A pilot test of microemulsion flooding was conducted in a single five-spot pettern during 1978-1979 in the Chateaurenard field in France.The reservoir in the pilot area is sandstone.Oil viscosity in the pilot area is 40 mPa·s, salinity (TDS) of formation wafer is 400 ppm and formation temperature is 30℃.The test result indicated that oil production is increased obviously.The oil cut increased from 10% to 60% in well CHU161 and kept stable for 2 months before decreasing slowly.The response of well CHU162 was even more conclu- sive,its oil cut reached 65% and remained above 50% for more than 7 mo- nths.The lowest water cut was decreased till 35%.After microemulsion flo- oding the oil recovery was 45%.Total oil recovery (primary and tertiary) is about 70% of OOIP in the pilot area.
