摘要
本文讨论了双进双出出磨煤机一次风流量、温度及密封风流量与磨机排粉能力、干燥出力的关系,并进行了试验验证。在此基础上,作者以给风总能耗最少为目标,保证排粉出力及干燥出力为约束建立了给风参数最佳化数学模型,进行了实例计算。结果表明采用最佳给风参数可使双进双出磨煤机给风总能耗明显降低。
Abstract Correlations of primary air flow,air temperature and scaling air flow ofBBD mills with its pulverized coal throughput and dry output are discussed together with a presentation of demonstrative tests.On this basis, taking minimizing the total energy consumption of air flow through the mill with givenpulverized coal throughput and dry output as an objective, an optimization mathematic model for the air feeding parameters has been developed.Calculationof some actual examples show that the total energy consumption of BBD mill'sfeed air can markedly be reduced by using optimum air feed parameters.
