摘要
使用直角尺、杠杆百分表和千分表、正弦规和块规等量具对渐开线圆柱齿轮啮合接触线进行测定,可解决目前重型机械特大齿轮和斜齿轮接触区域图的问题。测量数据可经计算机用最小二乘法回归分析,并打印输出结果。
This paper introduces the measuring method of engagingregion of involute cylinder gear by means of clock gauge,sine bar and block gauge, including superheavy gears andhelieal gears. The measured data can be regressively analysedwith the least square method in a computer and the analysisresults can be printed.
