确定无急回运动抽油机连杆机构尺寸参数时,先计算最小传动角、最大扭矩因数和悬点加速度,用这三个性能指标对连杆机构尺寸参数进行综合评价,得出连杆机构参数优化的取值范围。建议短冲程抽油机ψ角取较小值,α角取较大值;中等冲程抽油机的ψ角和α角取值应适中;长冲程抽油机ψ角取较大值,α角取较小值。
When determining the dimensional parameters of thequadric crank mechanism of the pumping units with non-quick--return motion, it is necessary to calculate first mini-mum transmission angle, maximum torque factor and suspending-point accleration, and then by these three parameters to conducta comprehensive evaluation on the dimensional parameters andwork out the optimal dimensional parameters of quadric crankmechanism.
