摘要
研究了一种适合于工作在毫米波段的新型介质谐振器──边廊模介质谐振器。从介质波导的一般色散方程和波特性出发,导出了介质波导中边廊模特性和色散方程,给出了这廊模圆介质谐振器的系统化研究。进一步研究了两种不同结构的边廊模介质谐振器。
This paper studies a new type of cylindrical dielectric resonators acting on whis-pering gallery modes (WGM), which suitable for millimeter wave integrated circuits. Asystemalic study of the whispering gallery modes in cylindrical dielectric resonatiors is presented. from the general dispersion equation and the behaviour of the wave in adielectric waveguide, the gerenal dispersion equation and behaviour of the whispering gallerymodes are obtained. Furthemove , two different structure whispering gallery modes dielectricresonator are studied as well.
