摘要
考察了环烷酸镍-(i-C_4H_9)_3Al-BF_3·OEt_(2-)间甲酚四元体系催化丁二烯聚合时酚/B 比(摩尔比)对聚合活性的影响。发现随着酚/B 比增加,适宜的 Al/B 比范围加宽,聚合活性提高,制得的产物分子量范围加宽。研究了多种聚合条件与产物微观结构、产物分子量及聚合活性间的关系。结果表明:本体系合成的是高顺式1,4-聚丁二烯,并且凝胶含量低。聚合温度升高,产物分子量下降。BF_3·OEt_2用量可作为控制产物分子量的手段。
In Ni(naph)_2-(i-Bu)_3Al-BF_3.OEt_2-m-cresol catalyst system,the effect of phen-ol/B ratio on the Polymerization activity was investigated.It was found thatthe suitable range of Al/B ratio became wide and the polymerization activity rosewith increasing phenol/B ratio,and the range of molecular weight of the polymerwas wide.Effects of polymerization conditions on the microstructure,the molecu-lar weight of the polymer and the catalytic activity were studied.The result showedthat the polymer was high cis-1,4-polybutadiene,the content of gel was low,themolecular weight of the polymer decreased with increasing polymerization tempe-rature and the amount of BF_3.OEt_2 could be used to regulate the molecular weight.
