摘要
放大制各的 Pd/Al_2O_3加氢催化剂用于8万吨乙烯氧氯化装置,除去氯化氢中少量乙炔。本文简述了催化剂放大制各的工艺路线、设备及工业试验结果。证明放大制备的催化剂活性,稳定性及寿命均优于进口装置原用催化剂。
Pd/Al_2O_3 catalyst prepared in the pilot plant was investigated and used inethylene oxychlorination plant of 80,000t/y capacity.This paper described theprocess and equipment of the pilot plant and catalyst performance in industrialapplications,it shows that activity,stability and life of the catalyst are betterthan those of the imported catalyst previously used in the production plant.
