摘要
对过硫酸钾-脲氧化还原引发下的丙烯酰胺水溶液聚合进行了研究。结果表明:当还原剂脲与氧化剂过硫酸钾的配比较高时,脲的反应级数为零。增加脲的用量,有利于提高聚合物的粘均分子量和溶解性。当介质 pH 值>8时,将导致聚合速率下降;添加氨水也将便聚合速率下降,但能抑制酰亚胺化反应,使产品易溶于水。
Polymerization of acrylamide aqueous solution initiated by redox system of(?)otassium persulfate-urea was studied.The result shows that the reaction orderof area equals zero when the ratio of reducer(urea)to oxidizer(potassium persul-fate)is high.When the quantity of urea was increased,the viscosity averagemolecular weight and the solubility of polymer increased.When the pH of thesolution was greater than 8,a decrease in the rate of polymerization resulted.Ad-dition of aqueous ammonia resulted in the inhibition of imide reaction and theproduct became easily soluble in water.
