摘要
本文首先介绍自适应预测编码(APC)在INMARSAT-B船站中的应用。然后在分析语言信号的相关性─—冗余度,人类听觉“掩蔽”效应的基础上,提出语音信号的数据压缩技术──反映预测编码的语音信号的滤波,考虑音调周期和改变与信号一起输入的噪声频谱特性的自适应预测器。最后,进行线性预测分析。
The paper first gives a description of the application of APC in INMARSAT-B SES.Then onthe basis of an analysis of the coherence of speech signals redundance, and the shelter effect of sense ofhearing of mankind,the data compression technique of speech signals adaptive predictor which reflectsfiltering of speech signals of predictive coding,tone period,and change of the characteristics of frequencyspectrum of noise inputed with signal is given. Finally,a linear predictive analysis is made.
