摘要
本文在理论上对运用直接转矩控制方法的交流调速系统的电磁转矩的产生及其特点进行了分析,并深入地研究了把异步电机直接转矩控制方法运用于高性能交流调速系统的问题。本文还研究用第二代高速信号处理器(DSP)TMS320C25实现全数字化直接转矩控制的问题。
This paper deals with the direct torque control(DTC)strategy of the induction motor and its nu- merical implementation.Through a detailed analysis of torque ripples and its influences on speed performance,it has been shown that very good dynamic response of torque can be obtained,but the steady state precision is af- fected by the torque ripples at low speed region.In order to apply the DTC method to high performance variable speed drives,a new control method is proposed.The whole control system,concluding the calculation of the flux and torque and the regulation of the speed and others,is realized by a 16/32-bit single-signal-processor(DSP) TMS320C25.Finally,the experimental results confirm the validity of the control scheme.
