摘要
本文介绍了烟叶真空回潮的工艺过程及由 PLC 组成的控制系统硬件结构和软件编程。采用 PLC 代替传统的继电器控制系统,提高了真空回潮机的可靠性和工艺选择的灵活性,具有较高的实用价值。
This paper describes the technological process of the tobacco vacuum conditioning,and the hardware stracture and the software block diagram of a vacuum moistener controlled by PLC are introduced. The new system controlled by PLC is superior to the old system controlled by relay on reliability and flexibility.
