摘要
本文在对交流、单相次级整流、三相次级整流三种电源用于自行车钢圈缝焊的大量实践和测试的基础上,对其在焊接质量、生产效率和对电网的要求等方面进行了分析和比较,并提出了单相次级整流是兼顾以上各方面的最合理的电源的观点。
According to a great deal of practice and test in welding bicycle rims by A.C.,single-phase D.C.and three-phase D.C.power sources,authors analyzed and compared their welding quality,productivity and requirement to power supply etc.and put that single-phase D.C.is the most reasonablepower source in the seam welding of bicycle rims.
