CYTOCHEMICAL LOCALIZATION OF CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES IN HUMAN SPERM

摘要 本文应用组织化学、免疫细胞化学及荧光染色技术,对人类精子的化学物质进行定性定位。在光镜下可清晰地显示:胞膜上的糖蛋白、磷脂及hCG;胞核内的DNA及Y小体;顶体内的AP、ATP酶、糖原及IgM;尾中段的SDH、LDH、ATP酶、磷脂、IgM及RNA;尾主段的RNA、ATP酶及IgM;尾末段的IgM;胞质残体内的RNA及糖原。本文还对其定性定位应用价值及生理、病理学意义进行了讨论。 The histochemical, immunocytochemical and fluorescence staining were adopted for qualitative analysis and localization of some chemical substances in human sperm. The chemical compositions of human sperm were clearly shown following: glycoprotein, phosphatide and hCG in membrane; DNA and Y body in nucleus: AP, ATPase, glycogen and IgM in acrosome; SDH, LDH and ATPase, phosphatide; IgM and RNA in middle piece; RNA, ATPase and IgM in principal piece; IgM in end piece; RNA and glycogen in residual cytoplasm. In addition, the physiological, pathological and practical significance of the study were discussed in this paper.
