摘要
1983、1985年我们在长春市居民区作了高血压病与ABO血型关系的流行病学调查研究,共调查了15岁以上居民2579人(男1055,女1524),总患病率为14.2％(男15.4％,女13.4％,无明显性别差异)。各血型患病率分别为A型13.5％;B型13.2％;O型14.1％,AB型19.5％。AB血型者高血压患病率显著高于其它三型,其原因可能与遗传,性格及血液流变学等因素有关;是与否,有待今后进一步调查和实验研究。
Epidemiological surveys for determination of the relationship between hypertension and ABO blood-type system were performed in residential areas of Changchun in 1983 and 1985. A total population of 2 579 people over 15 years, including 1 055 males and 1 524 females, was surveyed. The total prevalence rate was 14.2% ,15.4% for the males and 13.4% for the females.No sexual difference was observed.The prevalence rates for different types in the ABO blood-type system -were as follows: 13.5%for type A, 13.2% for type B,14.1% for type O and 19.5% for type AB respectively, with the prevalence rate for tyte AB significantly higher than the other three types. The cause for this difference might be related to certain factors, such as genet-ics, personal disposition, rheology of the blood and so on. However, determination of these relations should be further surveyed and experimentally studied.
