摘要
本文系统地论述了建立首都圈地震分析预报实用化软件系统的必要性与意义,研制系统的指导思想与系统的总体设计,系统的结构与功能,最后讨论了系统的特点和展望。
The necessity and significance of establishment of the practical software system for earthquake analysis and prediction in Capital Circle Area of China was systematically described in this paper. Author also discused the scientific guiding ideology, overall design, structural function features and the prospect of this software system.
