摘要
本文以紫外—可见光谱和自旋捕获—ESR联用技术研究了辅酶NADH模型化合物N-苄基-1.4-二氢菸酰胺与过硫化物的氧化-还原反应,获得反应体系中自由基中间体存在的信息,为有关生物体输酶氧化-还原反应的两步单电子转移自由基机制提供了进一步的依据.
Studies on the redox reaction of the title compounds by the spin trapping technique in conjunction with ESR are reported. The free radical intermediate has been observed in the reaction system, which provides a further evidence for the two-steps one-electron transfer mechanism of the redox interconversion of the coenzyme couple NADH/NAD.
