摘要
对YBa2Cu3O7-δHx样品的研究表明,其常态电阻率ρn高达1.12×10-5Ω·m,来吸收氢样品的常态电阻率ρn’只有4.8×10-7Ω·m。而吸收氢样品的临界电流密度Jc只比没吸收氢样品降低27%。氢在样品中以填隙或吸附的方式存在,其中填隙原子对提高常态电阻率起主要作用。
The study of the samPles of the absorbing hydrogen indicates that their normal resistivity Pn is up to 1. 12×10-5 Ω·m, in contrast with Pn' = 4.8 × 10-7 Ω· m for samples without absorbing hydrogen, and their critical current density Jc is only 27% lower than that of samples without absorbing hydrogen. The hydrogen exists in samples by interstitial or absorbing. The interstitial atoms play a main role in increasing the normal resistivity of the samples.
