摘要
本文用α─甲基苯乙烯(α—MS)和丙烯腈(AN)为主要原料,用乳液聚合技术合成了α—MS—AN共聚物.主要研究了乳化剂种类和用量、引发剂用量、单体的不同加料方式和配比对聚合的影响.同时考察了单体的不同配比对共聚物性能的影响.并通过IR等手段对共聚物进行了表征,最终得到了令人满意的α—MS—AN共聚物。
In this paper, α-MS and AN is used as the main monomer in the synthesis,by emulsion polymerization variables,such as the type and concentration or emulsifying agent,concentration of initiator methods of feeding and monomer composition ratio were investigated in ralation to polymerization conversion. The copolymer produced has been characterifed by IR ect.Finaly,satisfied α-MS-AN copolymer has been obtained.
