摘要 粘接型氯丁橡胶(CR)的特性是具有高粘接性和粘接强度,这主要产生于其高结晶性和高极性。生产方法是在8±1℃进行乳液聚合反应,经冷冻转鼓凝聚、干燥而分离。基本的粘接剂制造方法是将氯丁橡胶、氧化镁、氧化锌及抗氧剂溶于的合适的溶剂中.并加入酚醛树酯以改善对特定材料的粘接件和粘接性保持时间。用甲基丙烯酸接枝而成的接枝型CR可用于粘接PVC。 The features of chloroprene rubber based adhesives are high cohesive and adhesive strenghtcaused by the high orystalinity and polyrity. polychloroprenes for adhisives are prepared by batchemulsion polymerization at 8±1℃ and the Polymers are isolated by freezing-drying procedures.Basically the adhesives are manufactured as follows: Chloroprene rubber,magnesia, zme white andanti-oxidant are dissolved in appropriate solvent. Phenolic resin are edded to addhesive solution inorder to improve the adhesion to certain matrtial or the tack retention time. The grafted chloroprenerubber by graft Polymerization of MMA onto cholroprene rubber can join PVC.
