摘要
提出了一种新的密实装药燃烧技术──多层片状火药装药燃烧技术。通过大量的火炮射击试验和密闭爆发器燃烧实验研究,结果表明,多层片状火药的使用可以提高装药的整体装填密度,产生“平台效应”,在不增大最大压力情况下提高火炮的初速,且燃烧稳定。因此多层片状火药是一种十分有效的混合装药火药。
in this paper,we presents a new consolidational charge combustion technology ──the combusting technology of multilayer disk propellant charge. For this charge, we make great amount of firing and closed bomb experiments, research the combusting capability of this propellant and its effect on the ballistic capability as a hybrid charge propellant.The experimental results indicate that using multilayer disk propellant can improve the whole loading denisity of the charge greatly, produce 'the plateau effect' in its p~t curve,and increase the muzzle velocity without increasing the maximum bore pressure.The combustion of the charge is stationary.So we can say,it is very appropriate to be used as a hybrid charge propellant.
