摘要
用改进的小型弹道模拟装置,对几种硝胺发射药做了中止燃烧实验,中止压力达300MPa,并对中止燃烧样品做了SEM电镜观察。结果表明,该实验方法与常规的中止燃烧实验方法相比,具有火药中止燃烧前的环境并与膛内较接近,可在较高压力下得到中止燃烧样品等特点。还讨论了某硝胺发射药在不同压力下,其内部组织结构和燃烧表面状况的观察结果。
Several nitramine propellants are quenched at different initial pressure(up to 300 MPa)by rapid pressure decay in a small-sized ballistic simulator, which is different from the ordinary vented chamber in that it creats the burning environment of the propellant similar to that gun bore,and that the initial pressure before the extinction are relatively high. For the quenched propellant samples.the SEM observations of the quenched burning surfaces and the interior structures are made,and some results are presented in this paper.
