摘要
本文对２２例再生障碍性贫血病人因子Ⅷ促凝活性（Ⅷ：Ｃ），血管性假性血友病因子（ＶＷＦ），ＶＷＦ／Ⅷ：Ｃ的血浆水平进行了观察，发现再生障碍性贫血病人Ⅷ：Ｃ较正常组明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），且与ＴＣＯ２呈负相关。提示病人Ⅷ；Ｃ增高可能与ＨＣＯ３减少有关。ＶＷＦ虽略有增高但经统计学处理无显著性差异。ＶＷＦ／Ⅷ：Ｃ较正常组明显减低（Ｐ＜０．０５），是由于Ⅷ：Ｃ增高所致。
The plasma levels of factor Ⅷ:C activity, von Willebrand factor and VWF/Ⅷ:C were investigated in 22 of patients with aplastic anemia. The results were showed that Ⅷ:C level was significantly higher in aplastic anemia than that of normal group(P<0.01). VWF/Ⅷ:C significantly lower than that of normal group (P<0.05) result from Ⅷ:C increased.The cause of decreased VWF/Ⅷ:C was considered due to a higher level of Ⅷ:C. A significant negative correlation between Ⅷ:C activity and total dicarbonoxide concentration was detected. This result showed that the higher Ⅷ:C in patients was likely related to the decreased HCO3 concentration .
