GPS船舶动态监测系统是综合应用先进的定位、通信、数据处理与显示等技术构成的，对船舶进行监测、跟踪和管理的系统。本文讨论了系统的构成、技术特点、设计原理及其广阔应用前景。
On the basis of GPS the ship movement monitoring center employs synthetically advanced positioning technique, communication data pressing and chart display for monitoring, tracking and management of ships. The design principles, technical characteristics, components and broad prospects for application are discussed.
