摘要
单次灌胃给917和918对正常大鼠和四氧嘧啶致高血糖大鼠之血糖均无显著影响。多次灌胃给917和918对正常大鼠亦无显著降糖作用,却可使四氧嘧啶致高血糖大鼠之血糖较用药前显著降低,以连续用药20天后下降的最为明显。将917和918对大鼠降糖显效量扩大7倍以上,不能引起小鼠发生死亡。提示:917和918对四氧嘧啶致高血糖大鼠具有降糖作用。它们可能在临床上成为一种有效、低毒的中药口服降糖药。
Single administration of 917(1. 575g/kg)and
918(1.365g/kg)by pohad no significant influence on the blood glucose concentration of normal
rats and experimental diabetic rats induced by alloxan. Repeated administrations of 917 and
918 by po also had no significant hypoglycaemic effect on normal rat blood glucose,but
significantly reduced the blood glucose in experimental diabetic rats. The hypoglycaemic effect
was most obvious after 20 days of continuous administration of 9l7 and 918,and it showed a
good dose-effect relationship.917 and 918 were adminlsted by po in the total dosage of 12g/kg
and 10·4g/kg respectively,which could not cause the death of mice. These results indicate
that 917 and 918 have hypoglycaemic effects on experimental diabetic rats induced by and
they might become effctive,low toxic and oral hypoglycaemic drugs.
