摘要
本实验观察了球形芽孢杆菌(Ts—1)在清水和污水中细菌和芽孢数量消长动态和残效。在水体中,细菌和芽孢均以指数函数衰减。污水对Ts—1生长存活无害,但对致倦库蚊幼虫残效期较清水中为短。水体中死亡虫体对保持球形芽孢杆菌的残效有重要作用。
The growth and decline of the cells and spores of B. sphaericus Ts-1 in clear and polluted water was well fitted by the exponential function curves. The polluted water had no harmful effect on the survival of B. sphaericus. But the larvicidity of Ts-1 against Culex ouinauefaaciatua larvae in the polluted water was not as persistent as in the, clear water. It was found that the dead bodies of mosquito larvae played an important role in the maintainence of the residual effect of B. sphaericus Ts-1.
