摘要
采用脉冲法测定单槽──双搅拌浆反应器的混合时间,并作出密度分布函数E(t)曲线,用辛普生法计算了平均停留时间和方差。结果表明,当搅拌强度为250~400转/分时,反应区混合达到均匀;该反应器兼有单槽和多槽串联的特征;混合效果取决于器内流体的流动行为、设备尺寸、搅拌强度等因素。该反应器用于二水物法草取磷酸模型试验,结果令人满意。
The mixing time in a Single reactor (mixer) with a diaphragm and equipped with blades wasmeasured by impules testing and the diagram of the poinedistrihution function [E (t) diagram] wasdrawn. The mean nesidence time and the variancr of the distriblution ( ) is calcutated by usingsimpson's rule The resultS Shewed that the mixing effect can be uniforimly achieved when the speedof the stirrer is at 250-400r/min. The mixer is characteristics of Single and multiple tank; Themixing effect is dependent on the behavier of the fluid-flow, Size of the equipment and the speedof the Stirrers and so on. The mixer is good at doing the experiment of production of phosphoricacid.
