摘要
随着商品经济的发展与社会主义市场经济的逐渐形成,中国城市正经历着急剧而持续的变化,城市建设速度大大加快,旧城改建也以空前的规模与速度展开,日益成为我国城市建设的关键问题和人们关注的热点。本文对这一问题进行探讨。
