摘要
本文测定了几种抗肿瘤药物对小鼠正常肝细胞和H22腹水肝癌细胞核酪氨酸蛋白激酸(TPK)活力的影响,其中盐酸氮芥、氟尿嘧啶、猪苓多糖、环磷酰胺、去甲斑茅素、三尖杉酯碱和油酸多相脂质体7种药物表现出对H22腹水肝癌细胞TPK活力明显的选择性抑制作用,而对正常肝细胞TPK作用不明显。
We studied the influence of antitumar drugs on the catalytic activity of tyrosine protein kinase from both normal mouse liver and H 22a ascites nucleus,As a result,we found that seven antitumor drugs,including chlormethine,endoxan,5-Fluorouracil and four tradition-al Chinese medicines,could inhibite activity of the TPK of Ha,cell speçially,but didn't show effect pn the activity.of normal liver.
