摘要
心脏粘液瘤是心脏常见良性肿瘤，术前诊断很困难，需行超声心动图检查而定诊。病理组织学检查是诊断的关键，但免疫组化瘤细胞仅对Ｖｉｍｅｎｔｉｎ起阳性反应。作者分析了经手术和病理证实的２５例心脏粘液瘤，讨论了该病的临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断及手术治疗。如能早期诊断，本病预后良好。
Cardiac myxcoma is common. It is difficult to diagnose the disease correct-ly before surgery because of lack of specific clinical manifestations. Comprehensive examination is of significant importance. In immunohitocllemical stainigs the tumor cellsreacted positively only to vimentin.
