摘要
以长江中游沿江地区开发为例，着重探讨了区域开发与持续发展的相互关系，分析了长江中游沿江地区的区域开发优势与劣势，并提出了长江中游实现持续发展的区域开发战略与对策。
Taking the middle reaches of the Yangtze River as an example of regional devlop-ment, the essay discussed the mutual relationship between the regional development andlasting advance and analysed the Preponderance and inferior strength of regional develop-ment in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,then provided the strategy for regionalconstructions and suggestions for remedy so as to realize the lasting advance in this re-gion.
