摘要
介绍了拉丝机统战系统自动控制装置的设计原理，重点介绍了自动控制系统的硬件结构及单片机软件的设计。自动控制系统以8031单片机为核心，配以合适的控制软件，确保拉丝机拉出的细丝（线径在0．02mm左右）自动、均匀地绕到缆线盘上。
The design principle of an automatic control de-vice in wind wire System of wiredrawing machine is intro-duced. The main points are hardware structure of automatic control system and desho of microcomputer software. In order to gurantee that the drawing wires (about 0. 02mm)are automatically and evenly winded by wind wire coil, the 8031 microcomputer and suitable control software are used in automatic control system.
